1. Which shipping company do you use?

We work with UPS and FedEx to expedite shipping and ensure safe delivery.

2. What country are you located in? Where do you ship from?
We are based in China and all orders are shipped from China. China is the manufacturing center for many adult pleasure brands, and US and EU orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

3. What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries except India, Pakistan, UAE and Thailand. Due to legal restrictions and customs clearance requirements for sex toys, these countries are excluded from our shipping.

4. How much does shipping cost?
ABCsexdoll offers free shipping worldwide to ensure there are no hidden fees. Duties and taxes are controlled by customs and may vary depending on the laws of the country of shipment. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.

5. How do I get my tracking number?
Once your doll is ready for shipment, we will send you a tracking number via email.

6. How long will it take for me to receive my doll?
After payment, we will begin production of your doll within 24 hours. Dolls are usually ready to ship within 7-14 days and delivery time is usually 7-12 business days. Customized dolls may take up to a month to produce depending on your options. Most dolls arrive within 2-3 weeks of placing your order.

7. Who is responsible for customs fees?
Duties and taxes are controlled by customs and may vary depending on the laws of the country of shipment. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. In some countries, import duties may be required upon delivery, usually ranging from $100 to $150 depending on the type of doll. We will provide you with the help you need to make the process as smooth as possible. Please note that U.S. customers are usually not required to pay any import taxes and fees.

Some of the European countries that do not require customs duties include: Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain.

Product Quality and Warranty Policy

We take the quality of our products very seriously. Each doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before it leaves our studio.
INSPECTION OF ITEMS WHEN RECEIVED Please inspect your doll immediately for defects or damage when you first receive it. If you find a problem, please contact us at support@abcsexdoll.com within 24 hours, we only offer refunds for damage that occurs when the product arrives, no refunds will be given in any other case.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of used items. We carefully inspect all returned items to ensure they are in new condition to prevent putting used items back into stock.
To ensure that returned items meet our requirements, please note the following: items must be unopened, unused or unworn. Packaging or tags should be intact.

Warranty Process


We carefully inspect each product before shipping to ensure it is in good condition. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please follow the steps below:
1. send an email to customer support with your name, order number and a description of the problem: support@abcsexdoll.com
2. Attach evidence (photos or video) showing the defect.
3. our team will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.
4. if the problem was caused by us or the product has a manufacturing defect, we will address the issue.
Please understand that due to the unique nature of sex doll products, warranty claims must be made within 24 hours of product delivery. Damage caused by improper use of the product is not covered under warranty.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sex Doll products purchased through ABCsexdoll.com are customized. The following are the rules regarding refunds and returns:
ORDER CANCELLATION: If you change your mind or place an order by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours and we will issue a refund, but a 10% processing fee (payment processor fee) will be deducted from the order total.
Cancellation after 24 hours: If the order is canceled within 24 hours, our factory will start the production, if you still want to cancel the order, the seller will charge a restocking fee of 50% of the order value of the product.ABCsexdoll will deduct the restocking fee, design, mold materials, processing, make-up, and transaction fees and other related costs from the refund.

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and bank, it may take some time for the refund to arrive. If you have completed all these actions and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Exchange Policy

We only accept replacements for defective or damaged items. For a replacement, please send us a request with a photo or video of the product. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for a replacement item to arrive may vary.
