ABCsexdoll is committed to providing realistic and cost-effective sex dolls and ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If after receiving your item you are not satisfied or decide not to keep it, you may request a return within 7 days. Please read the return policy below carefully:
Return conditions
1. Application Time Limit: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Only on-time requests will be accepted.
2. Description of fees: Returns are subject to a handling fee of 20% of the order amount and all shipping costs.
3. Merchandise Condition: Returned merchandise and accessories (e.g., heating rods, wigs, clothing, combs, cleaning tools, user manuals, etc.) must be in perfect condition. We will thoroughly inspect the merchandise upon receipt to confirm that its condition meets the return requirements. If an item or package is deemed "damaged" or "used", the item and its packaging must remain unopened or, if opened, must be in good condition. Merchandise that cannot be resold cannot be returned. No refunds will be issued.
4. Authentication Requirements: Please provide a clear video of the outer box, original tags, and inner box (if opened) for review.
5. INTEGRITY REQUIREMENTS: Returned merchandise and accessories must be in their original quality and functionality, and no refunds will be issued if damage or signs of use are found. Refunds will also be denied for shipping damage due to improper packaging.
6. Packaging Requirements: When returning items, please make sure the packaging is in good condition. In case of damage, please replace it with a new box. Damaged boxes may cause the item to be damaged in transit, which may affect the refund.
7. Applicability: This policy applies to orders shipped from our local warehouses (including US, EU, UK, and CA warehouses) to the US, Canada, UK, EU, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Israel, Australia, Korea, and Japan. Factory shipments and custom orders are excluded from this policy.

2. Upon approval, ship the item back to our local warehouse. Shipping costs are your responsibility, and the warehouse does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) packages.
